Weeks 1-4
Define your problem, ideal participants, and theory of change with crystal clarity. Led by CEO with expert frameworks for organizational focus.

Design Learning Environment
Weeks 5-10
Integrate Literary Science methodology and community-responsive approaches. Led by Director of Learning with proven pedagogical frameworks, including focus groups with NewComm students.

Operationalize Systems
Weeks 11-14
Build recruitment, operations, and stakeholder management systems. Led by Director of Operations with implementation toolkits.

Secure Funding
Weeks 15-16
Source and write grants, create financial models, and develop sustainability strategy. Led by CEO with foundation expert guest speaker.
